| Alternating Dumbbell Step Up On Bench |

Description:
Start Point:
1. Stand upright in front of flat bench
2. Dumbbells in hands with palms facing inward
Exercise:
1. Step with right leg onto the bench
2. Straighten your right leg and flex your right glute
3. At the peak your right leg should be straight
4. Lower yourself back to the ground leading with the
left leg
5. Now lower your right leg and and return to starting
position
6. Repeat steps 1-5 with left leg
Notes:
1. When stepping up with one leg push yourself up with your heel. This will get the maximum workout for your glute
