Description:
- Stand upright holding a barbell in both your hands
- Palms down shoulder width apart
- Arms should be fully extended in front of you
- The barbell should be at your thighs
- Slowly pull the barbell up and under your chin
- Your elbows should be pointing up and out
- Hold briefly then slowly lower the weight
